Dulce Alma began with one cake, baked at home for someone we love. That feeling — making something by hand so a day feels a little more special — is still the whole reason we bake.
Everything leaves our kitchen fresh: real butter, good chocolate, seasonal fruit and no shortcuts. We keep our order book small on purpose, so every cake gets the time it deserves.
